Thank you for shopping at FitFix! We want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy designed to make the process as easy as possible.
1. Return Window

Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and digital products (e.g., online fitness programs, subscriptions) are not eligible for returns.

Opened and used fitness equipment, personal care items (e.g., resistance bands, yoga mats, weights), or apparel that has been worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at fitfix.fitness84@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or damaged.
4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive the returned item.

It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately at fitfix.fitness84@gmail.com with pictures of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the item you want.
7. Holiday Return Policy

During the holiday season, we extend our return window to 60 days for items purchased between November 1st and December 31st. All other terms of the policy remain the same.
